Sarah Martin, Manager

         Sarah's career at SunnyBrook actually began in April of 2010 when she was hired as kitchen manager.  Prior to her recent promotion to Manager, she also served as assistant manager.

     Sarah grew up just south of Farmington, Iowa in Missouri and moved to Fort Madison about 10 years ago.

     In her leisure time, Sarah enjoys shopping and spending time with her family and friends.  Her dog Guido is her pride and joy.

    

 

Jennifer Schwartz
Nurse Coordinator

     Jennifer joined our SunnyBrook Family August 22nd.  She spent 3 years at St. Ambrose University studying forensic psychology when she decided to follow her heart and pursue nursing.  After graduating from nursing school, she worked at HCHC on the Medical Surgical Unit.  Jennifer will begin her masters of healthcare administration in January.

    

     In her spare time she enjoys bow-fishing, water-skiing, playing volleyball, spending time with family and boyfriend, Noah.  Jennifer currently resides where she was born and raised in Burlington with her puppy, a Bichon/Shih-Tzu mix named Addy.
     

How to get here...How to get to SunnyBrook

From Mt. Pleasant city square: Go east on Highway 34 Business to the east edge of town. Just before the 218/34 junction, turn right (south) onto Iris Avenue. Go 2-3 blocks to Linden Drive. SunnyBrook will be on your left.

From 218 North or South: Take the exit onto Highway 34 Business, and head west. Turn left (south) on to Iris Avenue. Go 2-3 blocks and turn right onto Linden Drive. SunnyBrook will be on your left.
